Each call will be an hour long. All calls are recorded and then sent to you. Worksheets are sent after each call to continue more self-exploration. You can connect and ask questions through email and text in between calls. I’m here for you, and you will have fun again.

Why Have a Coach?

Nothing outside of you is going to Fix you, you are the only one that can decide to make a change in yourself.

How does one make that change?

Making a conscious effort to see things differently is a good first step and as your coach, I can help you. When you start to see things differently things will start to change.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

There are different views, thoughts, and perspectives, so there are different coaching styles too. If you are struggling and finding it hard to find peace in your current situation, ask yourself, “Is it my situation or my thinking about the situation”? Merely asking yourself an internal thought like this, and being open to what could be, shows that coaching might be a good fit for you.

Is it affordable?

Investing in yourself and managing your mindset will give you more dividends than you can imagine. How much would you pay for a vacation that helps you escape? For a course that will help you advance? What are you willing to do to create a life that you don’t need a vacation from and feel as though you are always growing?

What can I expect from coaching?

Each session is an hour long once a week. Once you have chosen your package you will be sent an intake form. I ask that you complete it before our first session. Along with your payment in full.

These sessions are for you and your growth. We will explore concerns that fit your individual situation. Then create desired outcomes that will fit your needs.

What will I gain from coaching?

What is it that you want? Why are you wanting to get coached? My goal as your coach is to help you see your thinking. Asking questions so you come up with the answers that will help guide you in your life. Growth comes from facing the obstacle, not from complacency. Do you truly want growth, and are willing to be stretched? Then getting coached on managing your mind will be life-changing for you.
