- An email following each call with a recap of your session along with concepts to explore.
- Each week will be a different topic as we dive into a thought you have for that week.
- Topics can include Boundaries, communication, listening skills, processing emotion, finding your thought, allowing discomfort, How to form a Belief, Future and past self, and many others to choose from.
- The key to your success will be on taking what you learn from each session and applying it to your relationships.
- A journal will be mailed to you as you begin your journey.
